The storer's journey to claim a voucher begins from clicking the "Claim rewards" button from their dashboard's "Available rewards" card.

Accessing Rewards​

Entry Point​

Dashboard Integration: Access rewards through the "Claim rewards" button prominently displayed on the dashboard's "Available rewards" card.

Initial Rewards View​

Mission-Based Display: Here, the storer finds a card view of the missions for which they are eligible to claim vouchers in exchange for their points earned.

Tab Structure: Initially, the system lands users on the 1st tab (Points) for active point management and voucher claiming.

Mission Selection​

Eligible Missions: Browse through missions where points have been earned and vouchers are available for redemption.

Mission Cards: Each mission displays as a card showing:

  • Mission Title - Name and identifier of the recycling campaign
  • Available Points - Points earned and available for redemption
  • Voucher Options - Preview of available vouchers from this mission
  • Reward Value - Understanding of redemption opportunities

Voucher Details​

Going into any mission, storers find the vouchers available from that specific mission.

Voucher Information Displayed:

  1. Company Name - Where the voucher code is applicable and can be used
  2. Description - Overview of the voucher rewards and services available
  3. "Claim Now" Button - Action button for immediate voucher claiming
  4. Points Requirement - Points to be deducted to claim this voucher

Claiming Process​

Claim Workflow:

  1. Selection - Choose the desired voucher from available options
  2. Verification - Review points requirement and voucher details
  3. Claiming - Click the "Claim Now" button to initiate redemption
  4. Point Deduction - System deducts the mentioned points from available rewards
  5. Code Generation - Receive the secret code of the claimed voucher
  6. Utilization Ready - Secret code can be used with the partner company

My Vouchers Information Includes:

  • Company Name - Where the voucher can be utilized
  • Service Description - Overview of the voucher rewards and benefits
  • Points Requirement - Points that were exchanged to claim this voucher
  • SECRET CODE - The unique code for redemption with the partner company
  • Claim Date - When the voucher was claimed for reference
