Profile Settings

Storers can access their profile settings page from the Profile dropdown icon on the top-right corner.

Profile Settings Overview

After accessing the Profile Settings page, storers are initially landed on the 1st tab (General) of two available tabs where they can manage their account information and business preferences.

Profile Information Display

The General tab provides access to the following profile elements:

Display Photo

  • Upload and manage your profile picture
  • Displayed to consumers and other platform users
  • Helps with identification during collections
  • Professional representation of your storage business

Average Rating

  • Displays the average rating received from consumers
  • Based on collection service quality and interaction ratings
  • Read-only metric showing your performance reputation
  • Updates automatically after each rated interaction

Display Name

  • Your visible name on the platform
  • Used in communications with consumers and other users
  • Can be updated anytime through the settings
  • Should be professional and business-appropriate

Contact Information

Email Address

  • Your registered business email for the account
  • Cannot be updated through profile settings
  • Used for important account and business communications
  • Contact support for email changes if necessary

Phone Number

  • Business contact number for coordination and communications
  • Can be updated anytime by the user
  • Used for collection scheduling and coordination
  • Essential for consumer and waste management communication

Business Information

Company Name of the Storer

  • Official business name for your storage operation
  • Used in platform communications and transactions
  • Can be updated to reflect business changes
  • Important for professional identification

Location Details

Address

  • Your business address for collection coordination
  • Used by consumers to locate your storage facility
  • Critical for collection scheduling and logistics
  • Can be updated if business location changes

Country

  • Country selection for regional compliance and features
  • Affects regulatory requirements and operational standards
  • Can be updated if business relocates
  • Influences platform features and requirements

City

  • Current city for local operation management
  • Used for geographic coordination with consumers and waste management
  • Helps with regional logistics and scheduling
  • Can be updated as business location changes

Field Update Permissions

All fields mentioned above are updatable anytime by the user, unless specifically mentioned otherwise (such as the email address and average rating which are system-controlled).

Profile Update Process

Saving Changes: After making any changes to the profile, storers can save the changes by clicking the "Update" button on the bottom-right corner of the page.

Update Features:

Password Management

The Security tab provides access to password update functionality for account security.

Password Update Process:

  1. Current Password - Enter your existing password for verification
  2. New Password - Provide your desired new password
  3. Confirm Password - Re-type the new password to validate accuracy
  4. Security Validation - System verifies the current password before allowing changes
