Inviting New Users
Invitation Process
Invitation Button: The producer can click on the "Invite new user" button to add a new user to the platform.
Invitation Form: This takes them to the next page where they fill in the information:
- User Email - Email address of the person to invite
- User Role - Assigned role and permissions
- KYB Requirements - Know Your Business requirements if applicable
- Access Permissions - Specific platform capabilities and restrictions
Invitation Management
Pending Requests Tab: Once the invitation is sent, the invited user detail is listed in the Pending Requests tab in the Teams page.
Approval Process: For the same page, the producer can also accept/reject users who have completed their onboarding and are awaiting approval.
