Profile Settings

Producers can access their profile settings page from the Profile dropdown icon on the top-right corner.

Profile Settings Overview

After accessing the Profile Settings page, producers are initially landed on the 1st tab (General) of two available tabs where they can manage their company account information and production preferences.

Profile Information Display

The General tab provides access to the following profile elements:

Display Photo

  • Upload and manage your company profile picture
  • Displayed to consumers, storers, and other platform users
  • Professional representation of your production company
  • Helps with identification during mission coordination

Display Name

  • Your company's visible name on the platform
  • Used in communications with all user roles
  • Can be updated anytime through the settings
  • Should be professional and brand-appropriate

Contact Information

Email Address

  • Your registered business email for the producer account
  • Cannot be updated through profile settings for security
  • Used for important account and business communications
  • Contact support for email changes if necessary

Phone Number

  • Business contact number for coordination and communications
  • Can be updated anytime by the user
  • Used for mission coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Essential for team management and platform coordination

Company Information

Company Name of the Producer

  • Official business name for your production company
  • Used in platform communications and mission identification
  • Can be updated to reflect business changes
  • Important for professional identification and mission branding

Location Details

Address

  • Your business address for coordination and logistics
  • Used by team members and stakeholders for coordination
  • Critical for mission planning and geographic strategy
  • Can be updated if business location changes

Country

  • Country selection for regulatory compliance and operational features
  • Affects mission creation options and regulatory requirements
  • Can be updated if business operations relocate
  • Influences platform features and mission capabilities

City

  • Current city for local operation management
  • Used for geographic mission planning and stakeholder coordination
  • Helps with regional logistics and team coordination
  • Can be updated as business location changes

Field Update Permissions

All fields mentioned above are updatable anytime by the user, unless specifically mentioned otherwise (such as the email address which is system-controlled for security).

Profile Update Process

Saving Changes: After making any changes to the profile, producers can save the changes by clicking the "Update" button on the bottom-right corner of the page.

Update Features:

Password Management

The Security tab provides access to password update functionality for account security.

Password Update Process:

  1. Current Password - Enter your existing password for verification
  2. New Password - Provide your desired new password
  3. Confirm Password - Re-type the new password to validate accuracy
  4. Security Validation - System verifies the current password before allowing changes
