Mission Creation
The Producer can create comprehensive recycling missions through a structured 4-step process. Mission creation is accessible from the mission dashboard and enables producers to design campaigns that engage consumers and drive recycling behaviors.
Accessing Mission Creation
Navigate to the mission dashboard and click the "Create Mission" button to begin the mission creation process.
4-Step Mission Creation Process
Mission creation is divided into four sequential steps that must be completed to successfully launch a recycling campaign.
Step 1: Basic Information
Upload and define the fundamental details of your recycling mission.

- Item QR Codes - Individual product tracking
- Pouch QR Codes - Bulk collection tracking
Product Specifications
- Product Type - Category of items being tracked
- Product Category - Specific classification within product type
- Material Type - Primary material composition (plastic, metal, glass, etc.)
- Product Sizes - Dimensions and size variations
- Number of Items/Pouches - Total quantity to be registered in the mission
Additional Details
- Mission Instructions - Step-by-step guidance for participants
- Special Requirements - Any unique conditions or prerequisites

Step 2: Storer Eligibility
Define the criteria and requirements for storers who can participate in the mission.
Storer Requirements
- Minimum Rating - Required average rating for storer participation
- Storage Capacity - Minimum storage capacity requirements
- Geographic Proximity - Distance limitations from mission areas
- Experience Level - Minimum number of completed missions
- Certification Requirements - Any special licenses or certifications needed
Storer Types
Define which types of storers are eligible:
- Individual Storers - Private collection points
- Commercial Storers - Business-based storage facilities
- Institutional Storers - Schools, offices, community centers
- Specialized Storers - Industry-specific collection points
Performance Criteria
- Collection Efficiency - Required processing speed
- Quality Standards - Material handling requirements
- Availability - Operating hours and accessibility
- Communication - Responsiveness and reporting requirements
Step 3: Bounty & Reward System
Configure the comprehensive reward system that incentivizes participation across the recycling ecosystem.
Points Configuration
Points per Item/Pouch
- Set the base point value for each tracked item or pouch
- Choose the currency for point calculations
- Define point categories for different material types
Reward Distribution Slider Use the interactive slider to distribute rewards between:
- Consumer Share - Percentage allocated to consumers for scanning and collecting
- Storer Share - Percentage allocated to storers for aggregation and storage
Instant vs. Final Rewards
Instant Rewards
- Consumer Instant Reward - Points awarded immediately upon scanning
- Storer Instant Reward - Points awarded immediately upon collection confirmation
- Configure what percentage of total rewards are given instantly
Final Rewards
- Mission Completion Bonus - Additional points awarded when mission goals are met
- Performance Bonus - Extra rewards for exceptional participation
- Loyalty Rewards - Bonuses for repeat participants
Voucher System
CSV Upload Functionality
- Template Download - Download the voucher template CSV file
- Voucher Details Upload - Upload completed CSV with voucher information including:
- Company name where voucher is redeemable
- Service description and voucher value
- Point requirements for redemption
- Expiration dates and terms
- Special conditions or restrictions
Live Calculation Display The system provides real-time updates showing:
- Consumer Rewards - Exact points and instant rewards for consumers
- Storer Rewards - Exact points and instant rewards for storers
- Total Mission Cost - Complete point allocation for the mission
- Cost Per Item - Breakdown of reward costs per tracked item
- Budget Impact - Total expected budget requirement
This allows producers to experiment with different reward structures and see immediate calculations without leaving the creation screen.
Step 4: Location & Date Configuration
Define the geographic scope and temporal boundaries of the mission using flexible location targeting options.
Location Configuration Options
Option A: Multiple Locations Select specific geographic areas for mission deployment:
-
Country Selection
- Choose one or multiple countries for mission scope
- Supports international mission campaigns
- Country-specific regulations and requirements
-
City Selection
- Select one or multiple cities within each chosen country
- Enables urban-focused campaigns
- City-specific logistics coordination
Option B: Specific Radius Create precision-targeted geographic zones:
-
Landmark Selection
- Choose a specific point of interest (landmark, building, intersection)
- Select from a specific city within a specific country
- Provides exact geographic center for radius calculation
-
Radius Definition
- Define the radius distance from the selected landmark
- Numeric Input - Enter specific radius value in kilometers/miles
- Interactive Adjustment - Drag the edge button to visually adjust radius size
- Real-time Visualization - See the affected area on an interactive map
Date and Timeline Configuration
- Mission Start Date - When participants can begin scanning and collecting
- Mission End Date - Final deadline for mission completion
- Milestone Dates - Optional intermediate deadlines for specific goals
- Collection Deadlines - When consumers must complete their collections
- Processing Deadlines - When storers must aggregate and transfer materials
Advanced Location Features
- Population Density Analysis - Understand potential participant reach
- Storer Availability - View existing storer capacity in target areas
- Competition Analysis - See other active missions in the same regions
- Transportation Logistics - Consider waste management and recycler accessibility
Mission Confirmation
Review Process
After completing all four steps, producers receive a comprehensive confirmation modal displaying:
- Mission Summary - Overview of all configured parameters
- Cost Breakdown - Complete reward and operational cost analysis
- Timeline Overview - Mission schedule and key dates
- Geographic Scope - Visual representation of target areas
- Participant Estimates - Projected number of users across all roles
Final Validation
The system performs automatic validation to ensure:
- Budget Adequacy - Sufficient budget allocation for projected rewards
- Geographic Feasibility - Adequate storer coverage in target areas
- Timeline Viability - Realistic timeframes for mission completion
- Technical Requirements - All QR code parameters are properly configured
Mission Activation
Upon confirmation, the mission becomes:
- Visible - Listed in consumer and storer mission dashboards
- Active - QR codes can be scanned and items collected
- Trackable - Analytics and monitoring become available
- Manageable - Producer can monitor and modify as needed
Mission List Integration
The newly created mission is automatically added to the producer's mission list, where it can be:
