When a Producer logs in, they land on their comprehensive dashboard that provides mission-specific statistics and insights, allowing producers to view analytics relevant only to the missions they have created.

Dashboard Overview​

The producer dashboard is designed to maintain relevance by showing statistics based exclusively on missions created by the specific producer, rather than platform-wide data.

User Role Metrics​

At the top of the dashboard, producers can see the number of users from various roles participating in their missions:

  • Total Consumers - Users scanning and collecting items
  • Active Storers - Collection points handling materials
  • Waste Management Partners - Processing collected materials
  • Recycler Network - Organizations completing the recycling loop

Top Performers Section​

Top Collectors​

The producer can view detailed information about the top-performing consumers:

Collector Information Displayed:

  • Profile Picture - Visual identification of top performers
  • Rating - Average rating received from storers
  • Collection Amount - Total number of items collected
  • Return Rate - Percentage of collected items successfully returned to storers
  • Ranking - Top 5 collectors ranked by number of items collected

Top Storers​

The producer can view information about the most effective storers:

Storer Information Displayed:

  • Profile Picture - Visual identification of storage partners
  • Items Stored - Total volume of materials processed
  • Capacity Usage - Percentage of storage capacity currently utilized
  • Ranking - Top 5 storers ranked by number of items stored

Collection Performance Metrics​

Average Collection Rate

  • Percentage of items collected by consumers compared to total items registered in missions
  • Calculated across all missions created by the producer
  • Provides insight into mission effectiveness and consumer engagement

Total Collectors

  • Total number of collectors participating in missions created by the producer
  • Includes all consumers who have scanned at least one item from producer missions
  • Helps assess reach and user adoption

Mission-wise Statistics

  • Detailed breakdown of collectors and collection rates for individual missions
  • List ranked in descending order by collection rate
  • Shows top 5 missions to highlight most successful campaigns
  • Includes:
    • Mission name and details
    • Number of active collectors
    • Collection rate percentage
    • Performance trends

Reverse Logistics Flow​

Total Items Registered

  • Number of total items listed by the producer across all their missions
  • Represents the complete scope of trackable materials
  • Foundation metric for calculating success rates

Recycle Rate

  • Percentage demonstrating items successfully recycled compared to total registered items
  • Key performance indicator for mission success
  • Measures end-to-end effectiveness of the recycling process

Logistics Flow Status Tracking​

The dashboard shows item status distribution across the complete logistics chain with six distinct stages:

  1. Registered in Missions - Items created and QR codes generated
  2. Collected - Items scanned and collected by consumers
  3. Stored - Items aggregated and held by storers
  4. Waste Management - Items processed by waste management companies
  5. Recycler - Items handled by recycling organizations
  6. Recycled - Items successfully transformed into new materials

Each stage shows:

  • Item Count - Number of items currently in this stage
  • Percentage - Proportion of total items in this stage
  • Flow Rate - Speed of progression to next stage
  • Bottleneck Analysis - Identification of process delays
