Producer Setup

Once an invite has been sent, the producer receives an email invitation. This guide walks through the complete producer onboarding process from invitation to platform setup.

Invitation Process​

Receiving the Invitation​

  • Producer receives an email invitation from an Admin or existing Producer
  • Email contains a unique setup link
  • Link directs to the password setting page
  • After password setup, user is redirected to login page

Profile Setup Process​

Producer onboarding is divided into three main steps that must be completed sequentially:

Step 1: User Details​

Provide personal information for the producer account:

  • Full Name - Complete name of the user
  • Email Address - Business email (pre-filled from invitation)
  • Phone Number - Contact number for verification
  • Job Title - Role within the organization
  • Profile Photo - Optional profile image upload

Step 2: Company Details​

Complete comprehensive company information:

  • Company Name - Official organization name
  • Business Registration Number - Legal business identifier
  • Industry Type - Select relevant industry category
  • Company Size - Number of employees
  • Website URL - Official company website
  • Company Description - Brief overview of business operations

Address Information:

  • Find Address - Use the address search bar for auto-detection
  • Street Address - Detailed street address
  • City - Business location city
  • State/Province - Regional location
  • Postal Code - ZIP/postal code
  • Country - Select country from dropdown

Note: Typing in the "Find address" bar auto-detects the address and auto-fills the following address fields automatically.

Step 3: Operational Details​

Configure platform-specific operational parameters:

  • Production Capacity - Monthly/annual production volume
  • Product Categories - Types of products manufactured
  • Material Types - Primary materials used in production
  • Distribution Channels - How products reach consumers
  • Sustainability Goals - Environmental objectives
  • QR Code Requirements - Specific tracking needs
  • Mission Preferences - Types of recycling missions to create

Verification Process​

Awaiting Approval​

  • After completing all three setup steps, the producer is prompted to wait for verification
  • The invitation sender (Admin or Producer) must approve the account
  • Producer receives email notification when account is approved or requires additional information
  • Until approval, producer cannot access full platform features

Account Activation​

Once approved, the producer gains access to:

  • Dashboard - Mission and analytics overview
  • Mission Creation - Create recycling campaigns
  • Team Management - Invite and manage users
  • QR Code Generation - Create tracking codes
  • Rewards Management - Configure point and voucher systems
  • Handover Approval - Manage recycler requests

Required Documentation​

Producers may need to provide:

  • Business License - Valid business registration
  • Tax Documentation - Business tax identification
  • Insurance Certificates - Liability insurance proof
  • Sustainability Certifications - Environmental compliance documents
  • Product Specifications - Detailed product information

Once onboarded, producers can:
