Rewards Claim

The consumer clicks on the "Claim Voucher" button to access the vouchers they are eligible to claim in exchange for the points they earned through their contribution.

Rewards Page Overview​

This takes the consumer to the Rewards page. Here, the consumer finds two tabs:

  1. "Points" tab - Find the amount of points they can exchange for vouchers they are eligible for
  2. "My vouchers" tab - Find vouchers along with their associated secret codes that they have claimed
  • Points Tab - Active point management and voucher claiming
  • My Vouchers Tab - Management of claimed vouchers with secret codes
  • Seamless Switching - Easy navigation between tabs for complete rewards management

Tab 1: Points​

Points Tab Overview​

Here, the consumer finds all the missions for which they can claim vouchers, and also find the claimable points from the missions.

Mission-Based Point Display​

  • Mission List - All missions where consumer has earned points
  • Claimable Points - Points available for voucher redemption from each mission
  • Mission Information - Details about each mission's reward structure
  • Point Status - Current point balance and availability

Voucher Claiming Process​

Step 1: Mission Selection

  • If they click the "Claim Voucher" button, they are redirected to the specific mission
  • Find the vouchers available from that particular mission
  • View mission-specific voucher options

Step 2: Voucher Details The consumer will find the following details on each voucher:

  • Company Name - Where they can utilize the voucher after claiming
  • Service Description - Description of the service they will be getting for the voucher
  • Point Requirement - Number of points needed to exchange to claim the voucher

Step 3: Claiming Process

  • Unclaimed Vouchers - Have a "Claim Now" button
  • Point Deduction - Clicking "Claim Now" deducts the mentioned points requirement
  • Automatic Addition - Claimed voucher is automatically added to their "My Vouchers" list
  • Instant Access - Immediate access to voucher benefits upon claiming

Tab 2: My Vouchers​

My Vouchers Overview​

All the vouchers that are currently claimed by the consumer appear in this tab.

Voucher Information Display​

The vouchers from this tab provide consumers with the following information:

  • Company Name - Where they can utilize the voucher after claim
  • Service Description - Description of the service they will be getting for the voucher
  • Point Requirement - Points that were exchanged to claim the voucher
  • SECRET CODE - The consumer can show this secret code to the defined company to redeem their services

  • Complete Voucher Library - All claimed vouchers in one location
  • Secret Code Access - Easy access to redemption codes
  • Usage Instructions - Clear guidance on how to redeem each voucher
  • Company Information - Details about where vouchers can be used

Voucher Usage Process​

  1. Select Voucher - Choose the voucher you want to use
  2. View Secret Code - Access the unique redemption code
  3. Contact Company - Visit or contact the partner company
  4. Present Code - Show the secret code to redeem services
  5. Enjoy Benefits - Utilize the voucher services or products
